Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation:

• Identify and develop digital transformation opportunities with B2B companies in the DACH region.

• Lead projects from initial consultation to implementation and follow-up.

• Develop and execute strategies to streamline and automate business processes.

Business Automation:

• Implement automation solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Manage and optimize workflows to ensure consistent performance.

Customer Engagement:

• Conduct client workshops and meetings to understand their digital transformation needs.

• Build and enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing activities.

• Represent us at industry conferences and events.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven track record in digital transformation and business automation, preferably in technology consulting or related industries.

• Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and automation tools.

• Demonstrated success in implementing digital solutions and achieving project targets.

• Experience with CRMs, chatbots, AI, scripts, APIs, and telephony systems.

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to develop and implement strategic digital transformation plans.

• Proficiency in German and English is essential.
