Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities with B2B companies in the DACH region.
Lead sales processes from initial contact to final agreement.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve project targets.
Sales Strategy:
Implement sales plans to meet short-term project objectives.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and forecast sales pipelines to ensure consistent performance.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct client workshops and meetings to understand their needs.
Build and enhance brand awareness through marketing activities.
Represent us at industry conferences and events.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Roee and Adi to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide regular updates and feedback to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology consulting or related industries.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, or business automation.
Demonstrated success in achieving customer acquisition and sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in German and English is essential.
